The Kukuczka Family
I’m so incredibly thankful for this family. Not only do their kids share (almost!) the same names as mine, but their home has truly become Maks’ home away from home. As a parent, there’s something really special about watching your child find a genuine, kindhearted best friend to walk through the high school years with, and I couldn’t be more grateful that she found that in Makayla.
Spending time with the Kukuczka family, it’s easy to see why. They are warm, welcoming, and full of joy, the kind of people who make you feel like you’ve known them forever. Their connection is effortless, and that always makes for the most meaningful, natural photos.
This session was full of energy and laughter from start to finish. We truly did it all, running through open trails, climbing rocks, and even hanging from trees like carefree kids again. It felt less like a photoshoot and more like an adventure, which is exactly the kind of magic I love to capture.
Corriganville Park was the perfect backdrop for it all. With its rugged rocks, winding paths, and wide-open spaces, it gave the kids room to play, explore, and just be themselves. It’s one of my favorite spots for sessions because it naturally brings out that fun, authentic energy you can’t pose.
Sessions like this are such a beautiful reminder that family photos don’t have to be stiff or overly posed. They can be playful, a little wild, and full of personality, just like the families themselves. And this one? It was all heart. 💛
