Savannah Georgia


OMG! I loved Georgia. I didn't think I could top Charleston but I did. The whole time we were there it was like we stepped back in time. I loved the fact that they kept the old extremely uneven and steep stairs to get down to the river front. I loved the old store fronts along the river way. I really loved looking at all the old houses in the square. Makayla had homework that she had to complete the first day we were there so we sat in the park while she worked and I took a million pictures of Lexie and she even took some of me. At night we did a walking ghost tour. It wasn't very scary like we thought it would be but she did teach us a lot of history of the city.


The second day we were there it decided to pour. We still made the best of it. We stopped by the Wormsloe Historic Site and then headed over to the Mercer house for a tour. They wouldn't let us take pictures inside the house which I'm kinda bummed by cause it was gorgeous. After grubbing on another delicious meal we decided to go back to the hotel and watch Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil because everyone on the 2 tours we did kept talking about it and saying how good it was. It didn't really keep our attention but it was cool to see the places that we had just toured .
